Creativity and Individuality

In the days that we live in now it's hard for someone to maintain their individuality and creativity. This is caused by a human's inability to want to fit in. As humans we fall victim to the feeling of wanting to just like everyone else. We overlook the fact that as humans we are meant to look different and have our own individuality. Instead of us following our own paths we continue to follow someone else's. This is the main way we lose our individuality as humans beings. Most of us want to be like our favorite artist, singer, rapper, or dancer and aspire to become their character that persona that so diligently portray. We lose ourselves in the idea of  becoming someone instead of being ourselves. We constantly, as human beings, strive to be someone else and focus on that instead of our own individuality. Though this may be a problems it is not only our fault but it's also the fault of the type of society we live in. We live in society where your individuality is taken away from you and your creativity is seen as something strange. It seems as this society wants to take away the main things that make a human a human. Perhaps we should reflect upon ourselves and remember that these are the things that make us who we are. Individuality is the reason why we have so many types of music and art. Creativity is the reason why we have such beautiful architecture and such great literature. These are the two things that separate us as human beings , but it also brings us together. Society is not meant to all be the same. It's meant to be different. Different races, beliefs, and music. As a people we aren't meant to dress alike or think alike if it were meant to be that way we would all be generic NPCs in a cheap video game. We would all follow the same routine, dress, look, and talk alike. We would not have any creative thoughts or individual sty;es. Without individuality and creativity we would live in a plain, boring repetitive world where no one thought for themselves nor thought of the beautiful ideas concerning books, music, and art.

Something i make a very big deal about in terms of education is knowing how to take care of yourself if and when shit goes down, A back up plan, IE knowing how to make bows and arrows, hunting and trading meat, gardens that yield veggies. IS IMPORTANT!! Don't make yourself completely dependent on something that could fail on you.- Peace
